Impact for Equity, formerly known as BPI, is a public interest law and policy center that has been at the front lines of the fight for social justice in the Chicago region for over fifty-five years. Position Overview
Impact for Equity seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Development Manager to play an integral role in fundraising, donor stewardship, event management, and development operations. Reporting to the Managing Director of Development and External Relations, the successful candidate will be an experienced and energetic professional who is passionate about fundraising and advancing our mission to end systemic injustice.

This is a full-time hybrid position with three days in the office. Our office is located near Millennium Park in the Loop. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience with a likely range of $55,000 to $60,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, paid leave, and cell phone reimbursement.
