About the Role

We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join Zeno Group’s Purpose & Impact practice. In this role, you will manage existing clients in advancing their strategy and communications across Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Sustainability, Social Impact, DE&I and Purpose Marketing.

We’re looking for subject-matter experts who are excellent project managers, client counselors and team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Have a strong understanding of global ESG/Sustainability issues and trends as well as the key material topics that are relevant to your clients.
  • Strong research skills across a wide range of ESG topics and an ability to synthesize findings to to make informed recommendations on a client’s strategy or communications plan.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for clients and communicate them compellingly with supporting recommendations and substantive logic.
  • Ability to deliver a variety of communications activities spanning earned and social media, reporting, thought leadership and executive visibility.
  • Play a key role in day-to-day client relations and account management.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with client contacts and internal agency partners.
  • Manage account budgets and staffing, contributing to forecasting and account profitability. Secure, maintain and grow the business.
  • Contribute to new business process.
  • Drive learning and ongoing education with direct team and across agency through trend watching and general knowledge management.
  • Provide strategic counsel and guidance, supervising junior staff members, and ensuring project and account success by keeping team apprised of deadlines and overseeing junior staff productivity.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience; agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to create and activate ESG/Sustainability communications programs including internal and external communications.
  • A history of success in supporting strategic counsel recommendations to clients around ESG, sustainability and social impact.
  • Collaborative spirit, results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work against deadlines.
  • Excellent writing skills, solid presentation skills, experience developing and delivering client presentations.
  • Experience with creating, writing, project managing and/or communicating the launch of ESG/DEI reports preferred.
  • Strong subject-matter expertise in communications around ESG, sustainability and social impact is a must.
  • Strong track record developing and delivering programs with proven results.
  • Understanding of key environmental sustainability topics and a finger on the pulse of evolving best practices in communicating these topics.

Salary & Benefits

Pay range: $65,000 to $94,000/year USD

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
