The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter and team player to join our growing team as a Partnerships Associate. This person must be motivated and organized, and extremely comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This is the chance to get in at the ground floor of an exciting startup that is tackling a major problem for borrowers across the country.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support the administrative needs of key partners and projects, including scheduling meetings and coordinating email communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop proactive and creative strategies to help partners maximize the reach of the Savi tool, and help to develop client deliverables to share key insights and recommendations.
• Identify and anticipate needs and areas for growth with specific partners, helping to troubleshoot challenges and field ad hoc requests.
• Analyze client key performance indicators (KPIs) per client based on set goals and reporting.
• Coordinate and track internal and external communications, including developing thoughtful agendas and ensuring that we leave meetings with time-bound action items and key takeaways that contribute to knowledge management and project administration.
• Help to coordinate core account management functions, including partner reporting and invoicing.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of consulting and/or client management experience, including highly self-motivated recent graduates.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and written communication skills. Preference for candidates who also have demonstrated experience working in Excel.
• Energized by the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and high-growth work environment and partner with teammates with diverse skill sets.
• An interest in and aptitude for working with new technologies and a social-impact start-up.
• Interest in the social impact mission of the company.

Savi Benefits:

• D.C. based is preferred as our team’s hybrid home base is at the Midtown Center DC WeWork location. Remote virtual could be accommodated as well.
• Salary range: $50-65K
• Full time
