About Girls Who Code
Girls Who Code is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology. We inspire, educate, and equip students who identify as girls or nonbinary with the computing skills needed to pursue 21st-century opportunities. Since our launch in 2012, we have reached 670,000 students through in-person and virtual programs, with 218,000 alumni who are college or career-aged.
The Finance and Grants Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) by leading grants management and managing financial operations, including collaborating with the outsourced Accounting team based in India. This position involves collaboration with various teams to achieve programmatic, fundraising, and management goals through timely and trusted financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring the highest level of financial and risk management.
Candidates must meet the requirement of our hybrid remote work policy, which requires 2 in-office days per week. This is not a virtual/fully remote position.

The wage range for this role takes into account the many factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Girls Who Code, our compensation philosophy is to hire at or near the midpoint of a range and it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum for the role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
