Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer. In our mission to stop men dying too young, we’re seeking a passionate Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our USA based team.

About the Role

Corporate Partnerships are a key funding stream for Movember and an area of growth for the charity. The team has a renewed focus on building long term mutually beneficial partnerships which meet the needs of a business, including employee and customer engagement, brand value, business relevance, CSR and wellbeing objectives.

This role will report to the Director, Partnerships and will be responsible for supporting the team with the delivery and growth of existing and new corporate partners.

You will achieve this by:

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of corporate supporters
  • Managing sponsorships for third party events
  • Supporting the team to develop a pipeline of corporate prospects by handling inbound inquires
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver contractual assets for partners

You’ll have the opportunity to

  • Manage inbound inquiries, prioritizing opportunities
  • Track all points of contact, information and interactions with prospects in the Salesforce
  • Identify and develop opportunities to create a robust year-round pipeline of prospects
  • Secure sponsorships for third party events to meet annual targets
  • Support the team in prospect research for larger scale opportunities
  • Attend events to represent Movember and identify pipeline opportunities
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, plans, and contact reports as necessary
  • Attend regular meetings, working with relevant internal leads and deliver on objectives
  • Be a Movember Brand ambassador, particularly within the corporate sector
  • Increases public awareness of men's health issues and the work of Movember
  • Work collaboratively across the organization to develop and deliver optimal solutions
  • Actively participate in activities to bring the Movember Values into everyday working life.

For this role, you’ll need

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Account Management and Stewardship in a fast-paced and growth environment
  • Experience developing a pipeline and securing supporters in either the charity or commercial sector
  • Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Aptitude for effective communication with all levels of stakeholders, internally and externally
  • Highly developed organization skills, proven ability to prioritize and manage several projects concurrently to meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative

Bonus points for

  • Knowledge and understanding of men’s health
  • Experience of working with CRM databases (ex. SalesForce)

Salary

Annual salary of 75k - 78k on offer

Location

Exciting new position - can be based in either LA or NY. Hybrid working, 2-3 days per week in office.
