Who You Are

- An experienced project manager looking to manage all aspects of our clients’ projects from start to finish, focusing on year-over-year growth. This role includes a monthly billing target goal.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of direct project management experience, including supervising other team members.

- LEED BD+C and/or ID+C credential, with experience taking a project from kickoff to plaque. 

- Expertise in green building rating systems and capability to independently run all aspects of a project, from kickoff to completion. 

- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite 

- Strong data/information management skills, including ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, organize and correlate findings, and translate that information into client deliverables. 

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, environmental science, engineering, or related field 

- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

- Excellent organization skills, with a fastidious attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple demands. 

- Ability to prioritize responsibilities under tight deadlines. 

- Demonstrated interest in sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications (not required)

- WELL AP credential

- Experience with WELL certification projects 

- Experience with Envision, Living Building Challenge, and Fitwel.

- Experience with sustainability program management, LCAs, Envision, Declare, ESG, net zero, etc. 

- Master’s Degree in a related field 

- Engaged and participating in local industry organizations.
