Job Description

We seek a creative and proactive Social Media and Content Intern passionate about consciousness, mindfulness, sustainability, and impact to work on our growing portfolio of conscious brands in the café, lifestyle, fashion, and retail industries.

Our clients mainly cater to the millennial and Gen X crowd, so we are looking for someone who can match the content style that resonates with them whilst still being open to trying out more Gen Z-style content for other clients or for our own agency content.‍

Remuneration: $1,000 per month

Employment Type and Duration: Internship, 3-6 months

Start Date: ASAP

You will be working closely directly with the Founder and other team members to:

• stay on top of the creative trends in the social media and digital space
• assist in photography and videography work, from brainstorming, planning, researching, pitching, and filming
• plan and produce TikToks and Instagram Stories
• assist in social media graphic design work
• other ad-hoc projects assigned

• passion for consciousness, mindfulness, sustainability, and impact
• creativity to think out of the box to help develop campaigns and content ideas

• strong mobile photography, videography, and editing skills
• basic understanding of branding, design and/or marketing
• strong command of the English language
• excellent communication skills
• punctuality in meeting deadlines

About The Work + Benefits:

• Hybrid working: mostly remote working but MUST be present on-site for content shoots and must be able to meet deadlines and attend calls/meetings. 1-2 coworking days per week with the Founder.
• Must be agreeable to work some weekends or evenings for client events.
• 1x mental health day per quarter.
• Two-week Christmas holiday break.
