Kick-start your career at GameChanger! Serving youth sports communities, our app is used to score and live stream millions of games each year. Join us for a 2025 paid internship where you will grow your skills for the road that lies ahead. Our program starts on June 9th and will run for 10 weeks, concluding on August 15th.

The Position:

As a Social Impact Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the youth sports industry while contributing to impactful programs across the country. You'll support ongoing programs, collaborate with a dynamic team, and bring fresh ideas to the table. At GameChanger, we prioritize building meaningful relationships, supporting our teammates, and driving positive change in local communities to enhance the youth sports experience.

What You'll Do:

• Help implement social impact events to foster connections and promote the GameChanger brand.
• Collaborate with team members across multiple departments to develop social impact programs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the youth sports industry.
• Develop and share impactful stories with internal and external audiences, highlighting important social impact programs and their outcomes.
• Help refine and maintain social impact processes that ladder up to organizational goals.
• Learn how to contribute to a data-driven impact model.
• Work with great people, an awesome product, and lots of fun together along the way!

Who You Are:

• You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, MPP, MPA, or an MBA in communications, marketing, public policy, tech, sports industry or a related field, or looking to make a career change.
• Passionate about youth sports and helping achieve growth through social impact programs.
• Experience in event management.
• Curious and proactive team player who is results-oriented.
• Enthusiastic about using technology to enhance people’s lives.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.

What To Expect:

• 10 weeks of experience working on an app that is used by millions of people.
• $30 per hour pay for your contributions.
• A trip to NYC for orientation week at GameChanger HQ.
• MacBooks provided for the duration of the internship by GC.
• Mentorship from other GC teammates to guide you through the experience.
• Ability to work remotely throughout the US so you can enjoy your summer from wherever you choose*.
• Build industry connections with intern peers and GC teammates.
